What's a good spot treatment for those small zits?

i have a spot treatment for like whiteheads and cystic pimples which works great but nothing seems to work on just little zits. what products would you suggest? also would salycic acid or benzoyl peroxide be better?What's a good spot treatment for those small zits?
its actually best if you wait it out. trying to heal up the small ones quickly usually results in making it worse. if i really need a spot out though, i wash the coating off an advil, mash up the advil with a DROP of water, and apply the paste on the spot overnight. by morning's its GONE.What's a good spot treatment for those small zits?
Salycic Acid would do much better I have senstive skin and I'm using a facial product by Murad ($58 at Ultra) and this cleanser you could say for pimples and zits etc. Called seabreeze and rosewater toner it's working great. Also try Sponge for your face ($1.00 3 in one packet) it's great.
If you haven't tried it, just dab a little toothpaste on it, and with luck it'll dry right up. I thikn salicylic (sp?) acid works better as well.
