Make sure he's eating a balanced diet with at least two litres of water a day. Take good multi-vitamin and mineral twice daily plus the following supplements: zinc 15mg daily, beta-carotene, and echinacea tincture.





Cleanse with any appropriate cleanser but do not over-use astringent. After cleansing apply lavendar or tea-tree essential oil directly onto the worst spots.

pimples are part of puberty and growing up . NO CURE is found to stop pimples only to try to prevent some . squeez some of the pimples before going to sleep . BUT not too hard and too much it could end up causing scars and dry blood marks !!!!!!

i haven't tried proactive but it looks like it is worth a try. what has worked for me is oil of olay daily cleansing clothes. i like to use the ones that say they fight 7 signs of aging. even though your kid is only 16yo, you should try oil of olay it really works
