No...you need a good clarifying cleanser, a toner, and an oil free moisturizer. Don't pick %26amp; your pimples because that will cause irreversible scarring. if you want to pop (ready to pop pimples only, unless your a facialist or a dermatologist) get two q-tips, dip them in a toner (astringent - for acne treatment) and squeeze between the cotton...then clean it with with the toner after all the puss comes out.
