I think that is mostly up to your skin but here is a try. Wash hands, then wash site (where you will pop the zit). Pop zit. then after popping you should neosporan(did not spell that right) or hydrocortison so it will help heal and lower the puffiness.How to you pop zits without leaving those scars?

theres no for sure way to not leave scars when poping zits. don't attempt to pop the ones that are really sore and under the skin with no pus, because they will only get worse and bigger. the best thing to do for that kind of acne is to ice it and reduce swelling (it works!). for the pus kind it's okay because they dont leave scars, if they do then buy some mederma or neosporin and that should at least reduce or eliminate the scars-
Wash your face really good in a hot shower, the steam will help to open up your pores. Then take two Q-tips and use those to pop the zits. Sometimes using your fingures, your nails will cut your face, leaving a scar. the Q-tips will make it easier not to break the skin. After you pop the zit, wash the area again to remove any of the bacteria your just brought to the service. I like to apply a zit cream afterwards.

Try not to pop as much as you can. I have scars because of doing it. But... I use proactive now and it really helps.
