What is the best way to get rid of a zit?

I don't get zits very often and when i do get them they are in the same place and it seems like they never go away! Any tips? What is the best way to get rid of a zit?
When you get ready to go to bed, mix small equal parts of baking soda and water and mix to form a paste. Apply a generous layer to affected areas but do NOT put in the creases or folds of your nose or near mouth or eyes. Can cause you to become raw, but this is the most effective method I have found in drying up zits really fast!! Hope this helps -- Good Luck! What is the best way to get rid of a zit?
NEVER put toothpaste on it! toothpaste is too strong

it will burn your skin + it will leave scaring. toothpaste

is for your teeth not you face!

just leave it, dont put makeup on it and drink plenty of

water.
It's an old remedy, but toothpaste. So all your spots will be minty fresh! Only kidding, toothpaste can help to reduce spots and get rid of them quicker. Although on some people it can have an adverse effect and encourage more or cause a rash. Good luck on getting rid of spots, I wish I had clear skin again, those were the days.

Oh and oatmeal is supposed to be quite good. Never tried it though.

Or you can fork out 拢9.00 for Freederm. this is quite good, but dries up your skin, so use plenty of moisturiser.
ignore it until it goes away.........like a bad boyfriend.
just keep your face clean...oil and dirt can cause zits..before you go to bed rinse your face with cold water.
put ice on it for 60 seconds so the bump will go down.

[dont pop it you can scar, only if the white part shows then you can]

then put eyedrops on the pimple to take away redness
Remove the head...apply Visine. I know...you think I am nuts...try it.
When you first notice that you're getting a zit....spot, whatever - apply just a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. The chemicals that are in the toothpaste will soak up the oil from within your pore to prevent further clogging. After you've let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes, wash off and pad the area dry.

Do this for at least twice a day for a couple of days until it goes away.
