This may sound really weird but I have little red zits on my thighs. Does anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it?I Have Zits on my thighs?
probably a rash or an allergic reaction to something. have u used a new lotion, or been outdoors somewhere new? something like that could have caused the reaction.
