Whats the best to get rid of your zits?

i stopped eating certain foods that made me break out...BUT its still there. and i also break out some on my chest?

anyone??Whats the best to get rid of your zits?
no caffine, and wash with acne-freeWhats the best to get rid of your zits?
this sounds weird and gross, but put preparation h ointment on it. my grandma told me about it and it really does work. i pass the info on to all of my friends and they all are believers now! that gets rid of them after they come up anyway. and wash your face everynight or morning with alcohol. good luck.
Use clean and clear face cleaner! It works like a charm
PROACTIVE
proactive i used it in two days all my zits were completely gone!!!
Get a dermatologist to give you samples or a prescription for BenzaClin. It works really well!
Numerous studies have shown that the foods you eat have little affect on your acne. Acne is almost always a hormonal issue, caused by either too much estrogen (if you're a girl) or testosterone (if you're a guy). An exception is bacterial acne, which appears more like a wierd red rash on the face (and/or body if that's the case) and has less oil and papules.

I am not a doctor however (YET, lol), so you need to talk to your doc to determine which kind of acne you have. You can rarely cure your acne by yourself, and it will only cause you to get more frustrated and harm your skin over a viscous cycle of using harsh products containg alchohals, salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide.

After determing what exact skin problem you have, your doctor will either prescribe you something or refer you to a dermotogist. Either way, you're making wonderful progress.

Remember that YOU are beautiful, and until you're acne clears, remember that your acne isn't you, it's just acne!

*hugs*
from personal experience i have never been one to trust commercial acne fighting products but i have found that out of everything i've tried: Noxema products have worked the best for me. and maybe oxy pads as well, cuz there really sin't anything too fancy in them; anti-bacterial alcohol and moisturizer.

wash daily, hot water, avoid soap (unless it's the glycerine soap). regular soap dries your skin and the flakes clog the pores and cause zits.

decrease your grease intake.

drink about 3 or 4 glasses of water a day (i've herd you should drink more but 3 or 4 is enough to aid with zits)

eat more veggies!!!
Use a good cleanser and toner. on the cleanser it usually will say like oily skin or whatever your skin type is, if you don't have oily skin don't use that one...also once a week use a facial mask
scrub really clean using soapy wash cloth from a bar of soap.
drink lots of water. I met this woman and her skin was so nice she looked amazing and she wasn't wearing makeup. she told me that she drank a gallon of water a day. it's really not that hard.
rubbing alcohol. or a dermatologist. or proactive.
