I don't have very much acne at all, just once a while, but when i do get them they're HUGE, under the skin and like dime to quarter size and they hurt.. what do i do?How to cure BIG zits?

zits nd pimples form wit oily skin. nd dose small pimples bcum big zits. i think da best thing u should do is wash ur face 3-4 times a day wit soap nd water. pat it dry. and apply clearasil 2 times a day. clearasil isnt dat expansive but it works vry well. also, if there prtty bad order proactive. and if the condition is horrble nd vry severe see a doctor.=) hope i helped
