i have a little boy rat, and a girl one but the problem is the boy. he has little sores ALL OVER his tail and ears? they are not bite marks but could it be an infection or ingrown hairs or pimples or what?Do rats get zits, he has little sores?

It might be cancer, or he might have an allergic reaction to something like your perfume or house cleaner.
