if u really want to get rid of them, first, make sure you dont worry. Getting worried makes more zits. second, go to a dermatologist, and get something for zits. Or, if you want, what i used was neutrogena, which is kinda like the squirting soap, you lather it and cover your face where you have the zits, and then wash it off. keep using it and they dissapear. it worked for me.

Don't pop your zits, that can lead to scarring and an infection. Toothpaste is good if you need to lose them right away. I would try using stuff like Spectroderm. My doctor reccomended that to me and it does a good job of cleaning my skin.
If your acne is really bad, see a doctor. They can give you stuff that will work. There are many over the counter products, but most don't work if you have bad acne.
If you only suffer from a few zits, then I would just try the over the counter stuff. Neutrogena has good stuff, so does noxema.

I don't know if any of you have tried this before, but I read somewhere that it makes your acne go away. When I put the mixture on my face it stung very badly so I washed it off immediately. there is this home remedy that always works for me it is lemon juice mixed with crushed up asprin. and if your looking for something to reduce the redness use visine eyedrops for red eyes. oh and there is this thing called persagel you can get at target it really dries out my zits.

After years of dealing with suprise zits, I find the best thing to do is nothing. Don't cover it up with anything. Just let the air get to it. It's the fastest way for it to heal. Yes, it is a bit embarassing, but everybody gets them. Just keep a low profile for a day or so. Ointments etc. just put more oil in the area, which is even worse.
Use preparation H, It shrinks it pretty quick. I know this sounds weird, but its a product made to shrink the blood vessels and swollen areas, so it works really good.
Make sure its the ointment,
next time, don't pop it, you can ice it right away to shrink the area and then use hot compress to let the puss out naturally and use ice again to shrink the pore.
