It's the pus inside the zit. Clean it up with soap and water, apply some bacitracin or a neosporin like product and cover with a band-aid.Why do some of my zits stink when the zit comes out?
you need water lots and lots of water and wash ur face, It stinks because you insides are intoxicated
because it s like old puss.
