What are these white puss filled zit things on head and face?

I get these white puss filled sit like bumps on my face and back of neck. Sometimes on my arms and chest. It sometimes accompanies greasy or most skin. These are not your common acne or zits. they are painful and produce a white viscous liquid when popped. they are usually about the size of a pin head.What are these white puss filled zit things on head and face?

they are called white heads..like black heads they are the result of a build up of oil and dirt......wash your face and neck more often especially in the summer...use medicine on them..
They're probably whiteheads or infected pimples, they will hurt a lot if you try to squeeze them before they're ready. The best thing to do is just to keep your face and hands clean and keep your hands away from your face, and try some topical OTC acne treatment. They will open on their own, it's gross, I know, but it just takes time for your skin to clear. Check with a dermatologist, there may be prescription meds you can take.
